Lampisia is a 3D Matte Painting of a beautiful ancient city built on water.
I spent quite some time designing every detail and trying to make the architecture charming and refined, mixing elements from Gothic, Islamic and Venetian architecture. I modeled and textured everything in Maya and I lit and rendered the scene in Vray. I finalized the image in Photoshop.
